The Feng Shui Program

Program Director: Skye MacLachlan

The courses in this stream are designed to give the student a solid foundation in both the ancient traditional and modern approaches to Feng Shui. Courses are based on the compass school of Feng Shui. The student develops the ability to work with residential and commercial environments. In the more advanced courses the student is taught to read the “energy print” of a space and explore the present and future possibilities it holds.

Feng Shui Introductory - Year One
168 hours — Start Date: January 2, 2009
Instructor: Skye MacLachlan

Learn the history of feng shui and the nine foundation principles. Identify positive and challenging features in the external and internal living / working environments. Understand the five elements, the eight trigrams and how they interact. We will begin to learn how to space clear, clearing negative energy from various environments.

We will also learn the skills of feng shui
dreaming to connect with the wisdom and guidance of the ancient feng shui masters and one’s own inner knowing.

Feng Shui Intermediate - Year Two

252 hours — Start Date: September 4, 2009
Instructor: Skye MacLachlan
Pre-requisite: Introductory Feng Shui

The intermediate level will focus on a deeper understanding of identifying energy problems in homes and commercial properties. We will chart homes / businesses based on specific compass directions and the people living / working there. We will cover various compass school formulas for charting a variety of home / business floor plans. Integration of knowledge will be emphasized through case studies of homes and businesses. We will continue to develop skills in space clearing, developing feng shui dreaming abilities and creating one’s own personal act of power to assist in feng shui consultations.

Feng Shui Advanced - Year Three
252 hours — Start Date: September 3, 2010
Instructor: Skye MacLachlan
Pre-requisite: Intermediate Feng Shui

The advanced studies will focus on learning and experiencing a wide variety of feng shui cures. These include cures to counteract negative influences, as well as those to enhance specific goals (such as abundance, peace, career success). Concrete and transcendental cures will be explored and understood through personal experience. Practical instruction is given regarding how to carry out a complete feng shui consultation with a client. Students will fine tune their skills in energy clearing and feng shui dreaming. Significant classroom time will be spent on case studies and working with actual home and work sites.
